Welcome to Zyntro360. By engaging our services for Google Maps Optimization and Local SEO, you agree to the following terms. We keep these simple and transparent, just like our work.

1. Services Provided

We provide Local SEO, Google Business Profile (Maps) optimization, and website optimization services specifically for plumbing businesses. We do not provide general IT support, email hosting, or hardware repair.

2. Payments & Payoneer Invoicing

Our payment structure is straightforward:

  • Method: All payments are processed securely via Payoneer. We will send an invoice to your registered email address.
  • Timing: Services are billed on a month-to-month basis. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late Payments: If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 7 days, we reserve the right to pause all optimization work until the balance is cleared.
  • Refunds: SEO is a service requiring labor and time. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for work already performed.

3. The "No Ranking Guarantee" Clause

As stated on our website, we do not guarantee specific rankings (e.g., "#1 spot for 'plumber'"). Google’s algorithm is third-party software that no agency controls.

We DO guarantee that we will perform the work agreed upon (optimization, citation building, content updates) using industry best practices to improve your visibility and call volume.

4. Exclusivity Policy

To protect your interests, we enforce a strict exclusivity policy. We will not work with any other plumbing company within your specific service area (Zip Code or City defined in our agreement) while you are an active client.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel services at any time. We ask for a courtesy 30-day notice via email so we can wrap up any ongoing tasks and provide you with a final report of your assets.

6. Liability

Zyntro360 is not liable for any changes Google makes to its platform, including account suspensions caused by Google’s algorithm updates, provided we have followed white-hat guidelines. We are not responsible for lost profits or revenue.
